Our spacious sites feature full hookups, including water, sewer, electricity (30A/50A) and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Yes, we welcome big rigs up to 45 feet in length.

Yes, we have several pull-through sites available for easy in-and-out access.

We are conveniently located just 1.6 miles from Texas A&M University—a 6 min drive or 2.1 mi walk.

Yes, the majority of our residents are long-term. It is important to note that available long-term occupancy is NOT listed as part of our online booking. Please call the front office in order to check long-term availability.

Short-term reservations can be made easily online or by calling the front office.
For long-term stays, please call the front office so that we can personally assist you and confirm the best options.

We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days in advance. Beyond that point, there are no refunds.

Yes, pets are welcome! We simply ask that all guests follow our pet policies, including keeping pets leashed within the park and cleaning up after them.
These policies exist in order to keep all pets and residents safe, while maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.

Pool hours are currently to be determined. Please check with the front office for the most up-to-date schedule.

Barbecue pits and grills are welcome in designated areas. However, open fire pits are not permitted.
Please dispose of any charcoal and/or grease in the trash once it has cooled.

During Texas A&M game weekends, traffic can be heavy and parking is hard to come by. We recommend using ride-sharing services or biking/walking to the stadium for the most convenient experience.

Yes, long-term guests may have mail and packages delivered to the front office. Mail can be picked up in the front office during regular business hours.

Yes! An H-E-B grocery store, excellent restaurants, and gas stations with propane are all located within just a few miles of the park, and we have many local mobile RV repair businesses.

While the park is not gated, we have several security cameras that monitor the only park entrance as well as the main common areas.

We accept cash, credit cards, and checks.

No, tents and additional camping setups are not permitted at RV sites. Each site is reserved exclusively for RV use.

As most entertainment platforms are now offered through streaming services via internet service, we no longer provide cable TV to residents. Instead, we have updated our infrastructure to provide complimentary high-speed WiFi.

Most of our sites still have the necessary connection to support cable TV and we can get you hooked up with a local provider.
